Terms and Conditions of 888gme — Platform Rules & Guidelines

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service available on the platform 888gme (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and 888gme.

To register and use the services of the 888gme, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas);
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
• Not be prohibited from using betting or online entertainment services under any applicable law;
• Not have a previously closed or suspended account with the 888gme for violation of these Terms.

Registration is strictly personal and non-transferable. Each CPF entitles the holder to only one active account on 888gme. Opening multiple accounts under the same holder is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts involved, as well as the blocking of associated balances.

The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. The 888gme does not request your password through any channel — not via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

The 888gme is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the User's failure to safeguard their credentials, use of unsecured networks, or voluntary sharing of login information with third parties.

• Your account information must always be kept up to date — changes can be requested through support;
• Account balance is expressed exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$) and does not accrue interest;
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to maintenance fees as communicated to the User;
• The 888gme may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.

The 888gme accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$) through the following payment methods:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Instant confirmation;
• Boleto bancário — settlement period of up to 1 business day after payment;
• Visa and Mastercard credit card — real-time confirmation;
• PicPay — instant confirmation;
• Mercado Pago — instant confirmation;
• TED Transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks) — settled during banking hours.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 per transaction. The 888gme only accepts deposits made by the account holder — deposits on behalf of third parties are not accepted. Deposits identified as originating from third parties may be returned and the corresponding account may be suspended pending investigation.

Users may request a withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Bonus balance is not available for withdrawal until all applicable rollover conditions have been fully met;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00 upon request;
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or Pix key held in the name of the account holder at the 888gme. Withdrawals to third parties are not accepted;
• The average processing time for Pix withdrawals is 7 minutes. In exceptional cases requiring additional verification, the timeframe may be extended by up to 48 hours;
• The 888gme does not charge fees on withdrawals made via Pix;
• The 888gme may request identity verification for withdrawals above a certain amount or in situations that require additional security confirmation.

The 888gme reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. The User will be notified of any hold and will be given a deadline to submit the requested documentation.

The 888gme offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other domestic and international competitions), volleyball, MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB), e-sports, and other sports available on the platform.

• A confirmed bet cannot be canceled by the User, except where the Cash Out feature is available and exercised before the event ends;
• The 888gme reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or cancel events in cases of force majeure, incorrect information released by event organizers, or identified irregularities;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event may be voided, except where live (in-play) betting is expressly enabled for that market;
• If an event is permanently interrupted before its natural conclusion, the specific rules of the sport in question will determine the outcome of the affected bets;
• The 888gme may, at its discretion, limit the maximum bet amount on certain markets or for certain accounts.

The 888gme offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms displayed at the time each offer is activated. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• The 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, is exclusive to new customers — one CPF per offer;
• Bonuses carry a 5x rollover on the bonus amount received, with minimum odds of 1.40 per selection on single bets;
• Combination bets count toward the rollover when each individual selection has minimum odds of 1.25;
• The standard rollover completion period is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Unused bonus balance that expires within the allotted period is automatically canceled — the User's deposited balance remains untouched;
• The 888gme reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end promotions at any time, with prior notice to affected Users;
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

Different bet types contribute varying amounts toward bonus rollover: Sports Betting on Brasileirão, UFC, and volleyball generally contributes 100%; live casino contributes 20%; crash games contribute 50%. Exact percentages are shown in each promotion's specific terms.

The 888gme offers a live casino with Portuguese-speaking dealers, slots from certified developers, crash games, and other online entertainment options. Use of these products is subject to the following rules:

• All games operate with certified random number generators (RNG) or supervised live streaming, ensuring fair outcomes;

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check;

• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months at any time;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent account closure with a restriction on new registrations;
• Betting history: access the full record of all your transactions and bets placed.

Use of the services of 888gme is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. The 888gme enforces age verification and may request supporting documentation at any time. Users who notice signs of problem gambling in themselves or others are encouraged to contact support for guidance.

The 888gme collects and processes Users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018). Data processing covers: registration details (name, CPF, date of birth, email), financial transaction data, and betting history.

Collected data is used exclusively for: registration processing and identity verification, deposit and withdrawal processing, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, fraud and money laundering prevention, and communication regarding platform services, promotions, and updates.

• No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without the User's explicit consent;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform 888gme:

• Opening multiple accounts or registering with false or third-party information;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that interferes with the platform's normal operation;
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion with other bettors, or use of inside information to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical glitches or odds errors — bets identified with this pattern may be voided;
• Money laundering or any illicit financial activity through the platform;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties (brokering);
• Any attempt to circumvent rollover requirements by betting on both sides of the same event (systematic arbing);

The 888gme uses automated fraud detection systems and monitors betting patterns. Suspicious conduct is investigated and may result in the measures described in section 12.

The 888gme may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity;
• Opening multiple accounts under the same holder;
• Request by the User themselves (voluntary self-exclusion);
• Court order or directive from a competent authority.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, the 888gme may place a hold on the available account balance pending investigation. The real-money balance deposited by the User will be returned upon completion of the investigation, minus any amounts related to proven fraudulent conduct. Bonus balances are not returned in cases of closure due to a violation.

The User may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed as normal before the account is closed.

The 888gme makes every effort to keep the platform available, secure, and fully functional. However, the User acknowledges that:

• The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events. The 888gme will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible;
• The 888gme is not liable for losses resulting from the User's internet connection failures, device issues, or third-party service outages;
• Sports Betting and casino games involve financial risk. The 888gme does not guarantee financial returns and is not responsible for losses resulting from the User's betting decisions;
• In the event of manifestly incorrect odds errors (typographical errors with an obvious discrepancy from the market), the 888gme reserves the right to void the affected bets.

The 888gme may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Users via their registered email and/or through an in-platform notification at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account closure before the new Terms come into effect and withdraw your available balance.
